Once your order is on its way, you can follow its delivery progress through the Shop app using the tracking option provided in your order confirmation email.

How to track your order:

1. Open your Valera order confirmation email titled "Order #[YOUR ORDER NUMBER] confirmed".
2. Select “Download to track with Shop.”
3. Follow the instructions to view available updates for your order.
