If Valera Naturals cancels an order after payment has been collected and the order has not otherwise been fulfilled, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Payments

Prices and applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Valera Naturals does not directly store complete credit or debit card information on its website servers.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

5. Subscription and Recurring Purchases

Valera Naturals offers subscription purchase options for select products.

When you select a subscription, the price, billing frequency, and delivery frequency applicable to your subscription will be presented during the purchase process.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method according to the subscription frequency selected at the time of purchase until the subscription is cancelled.

You may request cancellation of your subscription at any time by contacting support@valeranaturals.com.

To prevent the next recurring order from being processed, your cancellation request must be received before that order has been processed. Cancellation applies to future recurring orders and does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

There are no cancellation fees.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are subject to processing and delivery periods, which vary depending on the destination and other circumstances.

Estimated shipping and delivery information is provided in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Satisfaction Guarantee

Eligible purchases are covered by the terms of our Return & Refund Policy, including our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee where applicable.

Customers seeking a refund under the Satisfaction Guarantee must satisfy the eligibility requirements described in that policy, including the applicable timeframe for submitting a request.

8. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Cancelling an individual order and cancelling a recurring subscription are separate actions. Please refer to our Subscription Cancellation Policy for information about stopping future recurring orders.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content made available through this website, including Valera Naturals branding, original text, graphics, logos, product photography, website design, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Valera Naturals and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
