Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. During periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, it will begin its journey to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Free Shipping
Valera Naturals provides free shipping on all orders to the destinations we currently serve.
Any available shipping information will be displayed during checkout before your order is completed.
Order Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.
Where available, order tracking information will be provided as your order progresses through fulfillment and shipping. Customers may also be given the option to track their order using Shop.
Please note that tracking information may not become available immediately after an order is placed because orders first undergo our processing period.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, your building management, and the shipping carrier.

International Orders, Customs, and Duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
